Business Management

Today’s world of business is extremely dynamic and interchanging, requiring employees to keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends to stay relevant. The Business Management program at CMEC helps students enhance their employment opportunities with the skills they need to impress employers. Whether they’re just starting out in business or in need of upgraded skills, CMEC is committed to help students find their dream career or education path.

Out in the workforce, professionals need to think critically. Our Business Management program uses case studies to train students to think analytically and to apply their knowledge by solving problems and making decisions, preparing them to successfully enter the business world upon graduation.

Tourism Management

Tourism Management is a study program which prepares students to work in the dynamic tourism industry in the sectors like hospitality, travel and tourism. The course will give you the knowledge and understanding of how tourism businesses operate, how tourists behave and what impact tourism has on countries, cultures and the environment. It also helps to develop a wide range of skills that can be applied to a variety of managerial and entrepreneurial roles in the expanding tourism industry.

The program particularly emphasizes the cultural and political aspects of tourism, its special models in different societies and its impact on the regional and global economy. It also prepares students to plan a wide range of tourism activities and manage tourist products considering existing circumstances and conditions.

Project Management

Throughout the modern workplace, the notion of ‘projects’ has become increasingly common. No matter what kind of business you are in or the size of the projects you are managing, as a Project Manager you are expected to plan, implement, monitor and measure the success of your project based on various criteria. With little or no prior project management training, you will find this course offering an easy-to-follow guidance for managing any type of project.

CMEC’s Project Management Program is designed to equip students with the skills, principles and techniques required to successfully managing and delivering their projects.

How to Apply

Once you choose the program you wish to apply for, you will be directed to CMEC Admission Portal by clicking on the Admissions button. Before starting the admission process, you need to create a profile in the Admission Portal using your email address. After registering in the Admission Portal, you will receive a username and password in your email.

Now you can login to the Admission Portal, do the process step by step, and then submit your application. If you cannot login to the Admission Portal for any reason, you can send the required documents (as specified in the Entry Requirements) directly to admission@cmec.education for evaluation.

Entry Requirements

In order to complete your application for admission on the portal, you need to upload the required documents as below: 

    • Scanned copy of international passport,
    • Higher Secondary and Secondary School Certificate or equivalents (e.g., Ordinary and Advanced Level, WAEC/NECO, Baccalaureate Exam Results),
    • Valid English Proficiency Exam Result with the minimum scores as follows:
        • IELTS (Academic): Overall band score of 5.0 with a minimum score of 5.0 in each component. (Valid for 2 years)
        • TOEFL iBT*: 35-45 out of 120. (Valid for 2 years)
        • PTE Academic* (Pearson Test of English): 40 out of 90. (Valid for 2 years)
        • Cambridge Exams: English Scale Score: 154 out of 230 (CEFR: B1). (Valid for 3 years)
        • YDS / E-YDS: 37 out of 100. (Valid for 5 years)

Note: Students without a valid English Proficiency Exam Result, should take the CMEC English Proficiency Exam following their arrival.

Once we receive your application, the admissions committee will evaluate and review the documents; if you meet the minimum requirements, CMEC Admission Office will send you a Conditional Acceptance Letter via email.

Suppose you decide to accept the offer of admission and wish to register. In that case, you can transfer the tuition fees through bank account details written on the Conditional Acceptance Letter or via our local representative.

After the deposit payment is made, the admissions committee will issue the Letter of Acceptance along with a Confirmation of Payment and send it to your (or local representative) email.
